Payment is due at the time of session, we accept Debit Card, Credit Card, and HSA Debit Cards

I am  not in-network with any insurance carriers. My practice is considered an out-of-network provider. Some PPO insurance plans cover therapy with out-of-network providers. If you have this coverage benefit available to you we can provide you a monthly summary, know as a superbill, to facilitate reimbursement.

Please know that the following information will be included on a superbill: diagnosis, cost of services, dates of service. Mental health services including  therapy are often a covered HSA benefit and can be fully paid for with HSA funds.

If you have a PPO, call the “Behavioral Health” number on your insurance card to ask about your coverage. I recommend asking the following questions:

• Do I have behavioral health coverage for  out-of-network providers?

• What is my deductible and has it been met yet?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• How many sessions per year are covered by this benefit?

• Is prior authorization required to receive coverage for therapy services with an out-of-network provider?
